R&TTE Directive - Introduction of FiLSM Reference Numbers
   
RA has issued a policy statement, dated 23rd March, 2000, regarding the introduction of FiLSM Reference Numbers to replace Type Approval Numbers in compliance with the R&TTE Directive.
   
New 65 GHz Fixed Service Band

Operational trials at 65 GHz (64 to 66 GHz) for UK fixed terrestrial point-to-point links begin on Monday 29th September 2003. This new fixed link band will be available via an electronic registration system with interference management delegated to operators.

Frequency Assignment Update

Please note that the Fixed Links Unit Frequency Assignment Update was issued on the 28 August 1998 and contains some information that is no longer relevant. The document was originally presented as an input paper to the Fixed Link Co-ordination Committee (FLCC).
