| A2. | You do not have the latest version of the Flash Plugin installed. Follow the instructions in A4 given below. |

| A3. | If, when you click on "Online Version" you can see the wheel then you do have the Flash Plugin installed, however, if you are unable to rotate the wheel when you click on the arrows you will need to install the lastest version - follow the instructions in A4 given below. |
