Introduction
This business unit manages the radio spectrum resource currently allocated to public wireless telecommunications network services [e.g. 2G and 3G cellular, Public Access Mobile Radio (PAMR), Fixed Wireless Access (FWA), Public Data and Mobile Satellite Services (MSS)] and planning and securing additional spectrum to satisfy future demand for public telecommunication services. National and International representation on appropriate technical and regulatory bodies.
