Introduction:
The Radio Research Advisory Committee (RRAC) provides an independent forum for the Radiocommunications Agency to formulate its research strategy and obtain advice on research related issues. The RRAC plays a central role in formulating Agency policy in relation to the Research Programme and the research related aspects of the Spectrum Efficiency Scheme.
