1.1 This sixth-year consultation document aims to outline the Radiocommunications Agency’s (RA) latest proposals for the implementation of administrative spectrum pricing, through regulations made under the powers of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1998 (1998 Act). It outlines changes proposed to become effective from August/September 2003.
