Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the consultation document on the third stage of Spectrum Pricing.

Not unsurprisingly, I am content with the sections on the Aeronautical Sector in respect of the recommendation that incentive spectrum pricing would not benefit management, particularly in respect of our international obligations. Nevertheless, the basic principle of ensuring that effective use is made of the spectrum must still apply, and in discharging our responsibilities for aeronautical frequency management, we will pursue all appropriate avenues to achieve this.
