Ofcom's Consultation with Current Licensees
All sound
broadcasting licences will be varied when the Communications Act 2003
comes into force (expected to be 29 December 2003). Ofcom, the
successor body to the Radio Authority, is carrying out a consultation with
current licensees on the proposed variations to their licences. The
consultation period ends on 27 October 2003. For further details
