of public service television. There will be several opportunities
for you to have your say - you can tell us what you think on this web site at
any time, you can register for the meetings that we are planning across the country
in Spring 2004 and you may find yourself involved in some research we have commissioned.
However you choose to get involved, we are very interested in what you have to
say and will use your views and opinions to help prepare the report we have been
