Phase 2

On 18 November 2004 Ofcom published the second phase of the Strategic Review of Telecommunications.

In the Phase 2 Consultation Ofcom set out a number of options for supporting the growth of greater competition, innovation and investment certainty in the UK telecommunications sector.

This is a critical stage of the Strategic Review and Ofcom is seeking views on its proposals from all stakeholder groups by 3 February 2005.
