Terms of reference
- To develop guidance in respect of the content of sales and marketing codes of practice for CPS and WLR;
- To develop a consumer guide to WLR 2
- To establish the policy principles for anti-slamming and save activity
- To provide input on consumer issues to the other CPS/WLR groups.
Membership
The Group will be open to representatives of consumer organisations and providers of telecom service providers and will include Oftel. Other parties may be invited to attend at the discretion of the Chair. All those attending will be assumed to be available to carry out work for the Group outside the meeting.
Oftel will chair the group.
Frequency
Meetings are held every month, or as otherwise agreed by the group.
