Ofcom Response to EU Consultation on Application of State Aid Rules to Public Service Broadcasting

Ofcom submits a response to the European Commission consultation on the application of state aid rules to public service broadcasting. The Commission published a consultation paper on the future framework which applies to state funding of public service broadcasting in January 2008, exploring the possibility of revising the Broadcasting Communication first published in 2001.
