Inappropriate scheduling: Advertisement had a post 7.30pm restriction and although it was scheduled correctly, the actual programme running time meant the break came early and it was shown just before 7.30pm .

Artist Separation: In the case of appearances by persons in magazine style programmes, the restriction applies only to the breaks adjacent to the programme segment in which they appear. In this case, the running order of the programme changed which meant the advertisements were shown before segments in which the artists appeared.
