Sibeal Dempsey (Economics) joined the Ofcom graduate scheme in 2015, and has recently transitioned into an Associate role in Ofcom.
Dianika Quintus (Economics) joined the graduate scheme in 2016 and started off in the consumer group as part of his first rotation.
Tony Ma (Economics) joined the Ofcom Graduate Scheme straight after his masters in economics and is currently finishing his second rotation out of four.
Emma Coombs (Generalist) studied English Language and Literature at Oxford and spending her first graduate rotation in our Content Policy team.
Monica Mylordou (Generalist) studied Law at Warwick Uni and has just joined our Market Intelligence team.

I am approaching the end of my first year in Spectrum Engineering Services based in Baldock within Operations Group.
Jose Kurian (Technologist)
I started as a Graduate Technologist with the Technology team within SITE group and now I am in my second rotation in the Technology Policy team within Spectrum Policy Group. Both rotations have been very exciting and challenging with plenty of opportunities to learn.
Emma Wenn (Generalist)
I am almost at the end of my second rotation and first year at Ofcom on the Generalist pathway. I have been involved in wide-ranging projects which have been both interesting and challenging.
Grace Shaw (Generalist)
I am coming to the end of my second rotation at Ofcom, which is in the Content Standards, Licensing and Enforcement team. My previous rotation was in Spectrum Policy Group.
Peter Heath (Generalist)
I am currently in my final rotation on the Generalist pathway, working in Ofcom's International team, having previously had rotations in Competition Policy, Spectrum Policy and Consumer Affairs, as well as having spent some time in the Government and Parliamentary Affairs team. The variety of experience and range of challenges that these rotations have afforded me is one of the main attractions of the Scheme.

I have almost reached the end of my time on the Graduate Scheme at Ofcom, and I am currently working in my final six-month seat of the programme.

Harriet Taylor (Finance)
Since joining the scheme 18 months ago I have been involved in many different areas of Finance. I have worked within more traditional areas such as Accounting Services and Financial Accounting as well as other areas such as Risk Management, Competition Finance and Procurement.

Peter Faris (Senior Associate Spectrum Engineer, Spectrum Technology)
I joined Ofcom as a Spectrum Engineer on the Graduate Scheme in 2008. While on the scheme I worked in several different teams in the Spectrum Policy Group, which gave me experience across a range of communications sectors and technologies, including mobile (4G), digital TV and satellite applications.
