Ofcom has received a complaint from a consumer seeking to port a number from Easyrentafone to an alternative provider. Easyrentafone has allegedly refused to port the number.

Ofcom has opened an investigation to determine whether Easyrentafone is meeting any regulatory obligation to provide Number Portability.
