Ofcom received a complaint about terms in O2's contract "Agreement for Pre-pay Cellular service".

Ofcom has considered O2's terms and conditions for its Pre-Pay-Cellular service.

The terms and conditions complained about are no longer applicable. All issues of concern to Ofcom have been addressed by Ofcom in a recent separate investigation (CW778/07/04), which examined O2's pre-pay terms and conditions. Please see Related Items.

Ofcom has therefore closed this investigation.
