Mobile phone customers enjoy more choice and value than ever before.
But switching provider isn't always easy and even when people do move it doesn't always run smoothly.
Ofcom research found around 2.5 million people who changed mobile provider in the last 18 months experienced at least one major problem.
That's why Ofcom recently outlined proposals to make it quicker and easier for mobile phone customers to switch provider.
