Ofcom has today announced the award of the re-advertised FM local commercial radio licence for Slough, Windsor and Maidenhead.
Ofcom received two applications for this licence, which is currently held by Tristar Broadcasting Ltd (broadcasting as Time 106.6). The existing Slough, Windsor and Maidenhead licence expires on 20 May 2013.
After giving careful consideration of the two applications submitted, Ofcom has awarded the licence to the incumbent licensee:

Ofcom will soon publish a statement setting out the key determining factors for the award of this licence.
The licence will be issued for a seven-year period.
