TV Operations- Ofcom licenses all UK commercial television and radio services. Our Broadcasting Code also sets out the rules which television and radio broadcasters must follow.

Product placement will be allowed in UK TV programmes for the first time, Ofcom confirmed today. From 28 February 2011, paid-for references for products and services will be permitted in programmes.
