This document provides notice of, and invites stakeholders’ views on, Ofcom’s proposals to make regulations for the award by auction of radio spectrum licences in the 700 MHz and 3.6-3.8 GHz bands. These regulations would give effect to the policy proposals set out in our consultation document published on 18 December 2018 (PDF, 2.7 MB).
