Due to a technical error, consultation responses submitted via Ofcom’s webform facility for this consultation did not reach us. No other consultation has been affected by this error and the problem has now been rectified.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and are now providing an opportunity for respondents who used the webform to re-submit their responses so that we can consider their views. We have received responses via others means (letter, email etc) and any non-confidential responses have been listed on our website.

Respondents who used the webform have until 5.30 pm on 8th July 2009 to re-submit these responses.
