In 2012 Ofcom commenced reviews of the following fixed access markets: wholesale local access; wholesale fixed analogue exchange lines; wholesale ISDN30; wholesale ISDN2; and certain related retail markets in the Hull Area. These reviews included consideration of charge controls on BT's local loop unbundling (LLU) and wholesale line rental (WLR) services and various quality of service issues.
