These services are not subject to Ofcom's Broadcasting Code, but they must abide by a set of minimum standards under European law.

On a radio on demand service
Radio-on-demand services (with the exception of those provided by the BBC and S4C) are not regulated. If you have a complaint about content on a radio-on-demand service, you should contact the radio service provider.
