About Ofcom

As the UK’s communications regulator, we’re delivering vital work that helps keep the UK connected and shapes the future of how we’ll stay connected with each other.

Our work covers everything from phones and broadband, through to TV, radio, the postal service, and wireless devices. We’re also taking on the challenge of making the online world a safer place. And we need people of all backgrounds, skill sets, and experiences to help us achieve our goal of making communications work for everyone.

Through our Graduate Programme, you’ll have the chance to collaborate on major projects, network with our passionate teams, and make a real tangible impact. We offer engaging learning experiences and opportunities for personal development and growth to help you become a great future leader.

For our Policy, Research and Enforcement Pathway, you will embark on a two-year series of job placements, moving between projects and departments, exposing you to a range of knowledge and insight. One week you might be devising new policy directives; the next, monitoring content standards.

For our specialist pathways you will have an opportunity to develop a broad range of technical and behavioural skills in your chosen area, building on the knowledge and skills you already have.
