ESTV Ltd - the provider of the London local television service London Live - submitted a request to Ofcom in July asking to vary its programming commitments. Before deciding whether or not to consent to the changes, Ofcom published a statutory Notice asking for views on the proposals.
Having assessed ESTV’s request, Ofcom has decided not to allow ESTV’s proposed changes to its programming commitments in the London local TV licence.
