These general terms apply to the following licence classes that are allowed to transmit at powers higher than 10 Watts EIRP (or 6.1 Watts ERP): Business Radio, Fixed Links, Satellite and Maritime. These include a provision to comply with internationally recognised limits on exposure to electromagnetic fields (EMF) for the protection of the general public, and keep records demonstrating compliance.
