You will need to have an installed version of Microsoft Excel to use the Calculator.
If you're using Microsoft Edge and you see the following banner message, then you will need to use the Download file option:
Once you download the file, check your Downloads folder (most browsers have an option to open this under the three dot menu in the top-right). Right-click on the downloaded business-radio-calculator.xls file and choose Properties from the menu:
If a Security section appears, then tick the Unblock option. Select OK
Double click the file to open it. You may need to select Enable Content via the following warning within Excel:
