Equity, diversity and inclusion in broadcasting
Ofcom believes that TV and radio programmes should reflect the experiences of everyone in our society, regardless of their background. To help achieve this, we look at equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility – on both sides of the camera.
We are also working hard to improve diversity and inclusion within our own organisation.
This section includes our annual reports on equity, diversity and inclusion in broadcasting. You can also find useful resources, like our guidance for broadcasters and links to what other organisations are doing.
We will update these pages with the latest industry developments.
