Before you start
You may need to have your invitation letter with you.
If you have not received a letter from our research partners inviting you to take part in the survey, it may not be possible for you to take part.
Taking part
Your answers to the survey will remain completely confidential and will never be used to identify you in any way. Only your anonymised survey answers will be shared with Ofcom. Your details will not be passed on to any third parties and will not be used to sell you anything.
