Proposal to apply Code Powers to Concept Solutions People Ltd

Purpose of consultation

We are proposing to apply the electronic communications code set out in Schedule 2 to the Telecommunications Act 1984 (the "Code") on terms proposed in this consultation to Concept Solutions People Ltd, whose registered company number is 07379689 (the "Applicant"). Further background about the Code (including the procedure that applies in this context) is set out in Section 2 of this document.

Our reasons for that proposal are set out in Section 3 of this document and our draft direction applying the Code to the Applicant is set out in Annex 1 to this document.

The closing date for responses is 09 December 2013 and stakeholders wishing to respond are directed to Annex 1 for information on how to respond to this consultation.
