Please be aware that during election periods, Ofcom operates a fast track process, to ensure that all complaints about election coverage are assessed and, where necessary, investigated as quickly as possible. All broadcasters are aware that Ofcom expects them to engage with complainants, and Ofcom, on short timescales during this time.
