Ddau fis cyn i’r cyfreithiau diogelwch ar-lein ddod i rym, mae Ofcom yn rhybuddio cwmnïau technoleg y gallent wynebu camau gorfodi os nad ydynt yn cydymffurfio â’r dyletswyddau newydd pan ddaw’r amser.

Mae’r Ddeddf Diogelwch Ar-lein yn rhoi cyfrifoldeb cyfreithiol ar fusnesau, ac unrhyw un arall sy’n gweithredu amrywiaeth eang o wasanaethau ar-lein, i sicrhau bod pobl (yn enwedig plant) yn ddiogel ar-lein yn y Deyrnas Unedig.
