Ofcom’s role under the Online Safety Act 2023 is to make online services safer for users, especially children.
This report brings together findings from our comprehensive research programme to understand how children experience the online world, including their use of services and exposure to harmful content before and after new children’s safety duties came into force. Drawing on multiple data sources, it supports ongoing monitoring and reporting of children’s online experiences and safety.
