Oftel's market review guidelines: criteria for the assessment of significant market power - Sets out Oftel's procedure for assessing whether telecoms companies have significant market power.

Data gathering for EU market reviews - 19 September 2002. Sets out the process which Oftel intends to introduce to maximise the effectiveness of data gathering for the EU Market Reviews and the types of information that Oftel will need.

Consultation on draft guidelines for the interconnection of public electronic communications networks - 13 September 2002. These draft guidelines offer guidance on who will be entitled to interconnection rights and obligations under the new Access Directive, how public electonic communications networks may be identified and also considers the advantages of developing a list to replace the existing 'Annex II' list

Final Access Guidelines - These guidelines set out how Oftel intends to apply certain provisions of the Access and Interconnection Directive (AID) which relate to imposition of 'access' obligations on operators found to have SMP.

Draft Access Guidelines were published by Oftel in April 2002.
