REGISTER OF DISCLOSABLE INTERESTS

Members and senior staff (at Director level) are required to disclose interests (including shareholdings, directorships and employments) they, their partners or minor children have in companies that are, or are actively seeking to become licensees of the Authority, companies which have a significant investment in a company which is, or is actively seeking to become a licensee, companies which operate in the media as their main business activity (including television, newspapers, publishing and ‘new media’), companies in the communications business, and companies which act as suppliers to the radio industry (including independent radio production companies and transmission providers). Also included in the register are company directorships, offices held in charitable bodies, and other public appointments of Members and senior staff.
