Ofcom is the communications regulator. We regulate the TV and radio sectors, fixed line telecoms, mobiles, postal services, plus the airwaves over which wireless devices operate.

In this section you will find information about us, how we are run and how we do it.

On 1 February 2011 Ofcom completed an internal review and reorganisation. This was designed to reduce significantly expenditure in response to the challenge facing the whole of the public sector.
