Nuisance calls landline panel - wave 5 24 March 2017

A diary study among UK adults with home landline phones to record all unwanted calls received during a 4-week period 16 Jan - 12 Feb 2017.

Data showing total revenues and volumes for the UK addressed letter market in FY2016-17.

From FY 2017-18 we propose changing the basis on which annual letters volumes and revenues is collected, impacting the statistics we will publish relating to 2017-18 revenues and volumes. This proposal would mean that we no longer collect volumes and revenues from postal operators whose combined annual access letters and end-to end letter volumes is less than two million items a year. We consider that this change will remove regulatory burdens from the smallest operators while having no material impact on the quality of data we collect or our ability to monitor the market.
