Average charges in BT’s 2010/2011 regulatory financial statements (“RFS”)

Ofcom has written to BT in respect of average charges in BTs 2010/2011 regulatory financial statements (see related item).

In response, BT has asked us to record that its revised approach to pricing is without prejudice to its position on the correct interpretation of cost orientation and that it developed its compliance plan in the absence of clear guidelines from Ofcom on cost orientation.
